Stovetop espresso maker · Cast aluminium · Available in 4 sizes
The Classic Pro is a traditional stovetop espresso maker from Avanti, an Australian homewares brand trusted since 1989. Built from cast aluminium in the two-part design that has defined stovetop coffee for generations, it brews strong, concentrated coffee using nothing but heat and steam pressure — no electricity, pods, or pressure settings required. Available in four sizes to suit everything from a solo morning cup to entertaining a small group.

How It Works
Water in the base chamber is heated on the stovetop. As it turns to steam, pressure forces it up through the ground coffee in the filter funnel, and the brewed coffee collects in the top chamber. This produces a strong, bold cup with a different character to pump-driven espresso — the same brewing method used in Italian households for decades.
